Lemi is a Registered Architect MRIAI with over five years of experience in practice. He has worked across commercial, retail, office fit-out, public and residential projects, with experience in the Irish planning system, Building Regulations and BCAR requirements.

He is currently acting as Project Architect on multiple live projects, with responsibility for technical delivery, consultant liaison, client communication and contract administration. His role has developed over time from producing drawings and visual material to managing project information, resolving design issues and coordinating projects through planning, tender and construction stages.

He brings a pragmatic, problem solving approach to project delivery and is quick to learn new tools, systems and workflows. Over time, he has learned that successful projects depend not only on technical ability, but also on strong teamwork. He values clear communication, listening and consistent follow up, especially when issues need to be resolved under programme or cost pressures.

He also has strong site experience and has been involved in large car showroom projects, office fit-outs, public fire stations, Toyota dealership network upgrades, residential refurbishments, one-off houses and mixed use developments.
