Upgrade of Tom Murphy Car Sales, Waterford as part of the Toyota National Retail Concept rollout. The project involved refurbishment of the existing showroom and offices, upgraded finishes, service department works, external signage bases, cladding/flashings upgrades and coordination of client-direct joinery and signage packages. The works were carried out within an existing operational dealership, requiring careful coordination between the main contractor, specialist suppliers and the client.
