- Worked under Director oversight through sketch design, planning, tender and construction stages. All visualisations shown were produced by me.
High end residential upgrade project to a large private house in Sutton. The works included internal refurbishment and M&E upgrades to the main house, a new detached gym building, a garden pavilion and new landscaping.
The project focused on improving the house and garden as a whole, with new leisure spaces, upgraded interiors and a stronger connection between the main living areas and the rear garden. The garden works included level changes, paving, planters, external seating areas, BBQ/fireplace elements and outdoor amenity spaces.
