House Refurbishment & Extension

Complete refurbishment, extension and envelope upgrade project to an existing detached house in Foxrock. The works included a new single storey rear extension, removal of the existing conservatory, internal reconfiguration, new finishes, landscaping and general repair/refurbishment works throughout the house.

The design focused on improving the connection between the main living spaces and the south west facing rear garden. The kitchen, dining and family areas were reorganised around a new rear extension, designed as a bright pavilion-like space with generous glazing, rooflights and a stronger relationship to the garden and terrace.

The wider refurbishment also included major changes to the rest of the floors, including a new open space staircase.
