- Worked under Director oversight through sketch design, planning, appeal, tender and construction stages. All visualisations shown were produced by me.
New one off house within the side garden of an existing dwelling in Killiney. The project involved the subdivision of a large residential site and the design of a new contemporary detached dormer dwelling, with associated landscaping and site works.
The design was developed carefully to sit within an established low density residential area with mature boundaries and neighbouring detached houses. The proposal went through a long and detailed planning process, including appeal/revised planning work, before progressing to tender and construction stages.
My involvement covered the full project journey, from early sketch design and 3D studies through to planning drawings, appeal stage information, tender drawings and construction stage updates.
