Residential design and planning project for Rusheen, an early 20th century gate lodge on Westminster Road within the Foxrock Architectural Conservation Area. The project involved testing different design approaches for the site, including a completely new house option and an alternative proposal to retain and extend the existing house.
The project required careful consideration of conservation context, scale, roof form, neighbouring properties, site access, drainage/SuDS and planning appeal issues. My work focused on developing the 3D model, preparing design option material, producing visualisations, and assisting with planning and appeal stage drawings and visualisations.
