House Refurbishment & Extension

Residential extension and refurbishment project to an existing detached house in Rathfarnham. The project involved revising a previously granted planning permission and reducing the scope of the original proposal to better suit the client’s requirements.

The revised scheme included demolition of an existing rear sunroom, construction of a new single-storey rear extension, remodelling of the front entrance and rear bay window, internal layout changes, landscaping and site works. The design focused on improving the building envelope, living and dining areas while integrating the new work carefully with the existing house and surrounding residential context.
