Worked under Director oversight to prepare feasibility and pre-planning drawings. All visualisations shown were produced by me.

Community sports project for Shelbourne FC training facility and clubhouse at Baskin Lane, Co. Dublin. The proposal looked to provide a dedicated home for the club’s academy structure, with four regulation-size football pitches together with a central clubhouse, parking and associated support facilities.

The project was developed as an early stage feasibility and pre-planning proposal, testing how a large football location could be accommodated on a greenbelt site and presented for early discussions with Fingal County Council. The clubhouse was positioned centrally within the site to provide a clear base for players, coaches and visitors, while the pitch layout, access strategy and parking arrangement were developed around operational use, safe circulation and future flexibility.

My work focused on preparing the pre-planning drawings, developing the 3D model and producing visual material to help explain the proposal to the client and design team.
