Contribution
Acted as Architect from sketch design through tender, construction and handover. Selected drawings shown were prepared by me or developed collaboratively with Directors and internal team members.

Public sector fit-out and alteration project for the Legal Aid Board’s Smithfield Law Centre. The project involved the phased refurbishment of an existing multi-storey building to upgrade public-facing law centre accommodation, office areas, meeting rooms, staff facilities, support spaces, services infrastructure and circulation areas.

As Architect I was involved from sketch design through tender, construction and handover. The works were delivered across multiple phases, including upper floor renovations, roof-level works, ground floor reconfiguration, staircore works and basement/plant-related items. The building remained in use during the project, requiring careful phasing, staff relocation planning, access coordination, escape route coordination, landlord/building management coordination and continuous consultant input.

The project was delivered under a Public Works Contract. My role focused on architectural design coordination, tender and construction documentation, construction-stage drawing updates, architectural responses to site queries, site inspections and snagging.
