Contribution
Acted as Architect through planning, tender and construction stages. Selected drawings shown were prepared by me or developed collaboratively with Directors and internal team members.

Public sector office fit-out for the Legal Aid Board at Castlebar, involving the conversion of an existing first-floor commercial unit into a regional law centre. The project included new offices, meeting rooms, client facing areas, staff facilities, internal partitions, new ceilings, joinery, firestopping, mechanical/electrical services and associated support spaces.

This project had a strong construction stage coordination focus as several client requested changes were incorporated during construction, requiring drawing updates, technical coordination and practical resolution of layout, finishes and services-related items. A separate planning application was also prepared for external air conditioning units serving the new office and consultation spaces.

As Architect I coordinated architectural information through planning, tender and construction stages, including planning documentation, tender/construction drawings, RFI responses, submittal reviews, site inspections, snagging and handover support. The project also included a Fire Officer inspection during the works, with a positive outcome and the fire safety works accepted on site.
