Commercial automotive project at Toyota Liffey Valley involving the development of a new valet/bodyshop facility and associated site works within the existing dealership site. I was initially involved as an Architectural Graduate during the planning stage, assisting with drawings and documentation for a proposed extension to the existing motor sales outlet, including a valet/bodyshop area, remote sales office, landscaping, lighting, drainage and site infrastructure.
The project later evolved into a separate detached valet building, with 14 valet bays, small sales office, spray booth/prep areas and revised vehicle circulation around the building. I subsequently acted as Project Architect for the FSC/DAC stage, coordinating the application drawings and supporting documentation through to successful approval without a Further Information request. I also prepared tender/costing drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, materials, signage and site arrangement information.
