Office fit-out and alteration project for the Legal Aid Board at Riverpoint, Bishops Quay, Limerick. The project formed part of a wider programme of Legal Aid Board fit-out and refurbishment projects delivered across Ireland under an architectural services framework. The works involved the conversion of an existing first-floor unit within a multi-storey building into a cellular office layout, including new internal partitions, alterations to existing services, sanitary fittings and new finishes.

I was involved as an Architectural Graduate working alongside the senior architect responsible for managing the project. My role included assisting with tender and construction-stage drawings, coordinating updates to fit-out documentation and supporting the architectural response to consultant information. Continuous coordination with the wider design team was important due to the services-heavy nature of the fit-out and the constraints of working within an existing occupied building.
