Retail upgrade of Toyota Denis Mahony M50 as part of the Toyota National Retail Concept rollout across Ireland. The project involved works to a large existing dealership, including showroom and administration area upgrades, joinery fit-out, AV coordination, planning application for external signage and associated works, cladding/flashings works and associated M&E coordination. The project required careful coordination between the main contractor, specialist suppliers and the live dealership environment.

- Led project coordination through planning, tender, construction and handover
- Prepared planning/tender/construction drawings, schedules and supporting documentation
- Coordinated the main contractor and specialist packages, including joinery, signage, AV and M&E works
- Reviewed shop drawings, submittals and site queries
- Coordinated external signage elements, including façade screen, totem signage and building-mounted signage with structural engineer
- Supported coordination around existing site constraints, including underfloor heating investigations and coring locations
- Prepared RIAI payment certificates based on QS recommendations
- Carried out site inspections, snagging and handover coordination
