Retail upgrade of Kelly’s Toyota Letterkenny as part of the Toyota National Retail Concept rollout across Ireland. The project included external signage upgrades, showroom joinery, AV coordination, finishes and associated building works. As Project Architect, I led coordination from sketch design through construction, including tender documentation, specialist package coordination, site inspections, snagging and handover.
