Retail upgrade of Walsh’s Toyota Kilkenny as part of the Toyota National Retail Concept rollout across Ireland. The project involved showroom reconfiguration, sales office upgrades, AV and power/data coordination, external signage and associated builder’s works. The proposal required careful coordination of internal fit-out works with external signage, foundations and existing dealership operations.
